When to request a refund?

If a purchase doesn’t show up?

We guarantee every purchase and it’s very important that you get what you paid for and that you enjoy our games!  So, if you made an in-app purchase in the game, and you think you did not receive the goods you were supposed to (i.e. gems, coins, boosts), check your internet connection first.
